Krystyna Litwa, MSc, ACC
- Thirteen+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, learning and organization development in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, as well as global projects while working for a multination firm with +22k employees.
- I hold a master’s degree in organizational behavior, and I am an Associated Certified Coaching by the International Coaching Federation.
- I led multination teams, coached leaders, trained managers and led global-talent-focused programs and multiple change management programs.
- I am a founder of Design to Align Consulting & Coaching, a management consultancy that focuses on people.
- With a talent-first mindset in business, the business thrives and talent soars. The role managers and leaders play in shaping a talent-first mindset and culture is pivotal; thus, my deep devotion to the program for new managers.
- I ride a BMW GS 750 motorcycle (which I absolutely love!).
